Policy driven green transformation, Zhongshan Yaolun seizes the environmental protection product race with a 40000 square meter smart factory

Driven by the dual policies of the "dual carbon" target and the "Action Plan for Plastic Pollution Control", China's home hardware and plastic products industry is accelerating its transformation towards green and intelligent solutions. Zhongshan Yaolun Trading Co., Ltd. According to data from the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, the production of biodegradable home plastic products will increase by 83% year-on-year in 2023, while enterprises with closed-loop production capacity only account for 15% of the total industry. Yaolun Trading's 40000 square meter self operated factory has completed intelligent transformation and introduced a bio based plastic injection molding production line. Its sugarcane bagasse based PLA material storage products have a carbon footprint reduced by 72% compared to traditional PP materials, far exceeding the industry average. We have formed a 12 person environmental materials research and development team, and will invest 3.5% of our revenue in technological research and development in 2024 alone. The export volume has increased by 40% compared to last year.
On the production end, the factory adopts a digital quality inspection system to achieve full traceability from raw material screening to finished product delivery, with a stable product yield rate of over 98%. With the deepening implementation of the "General Principles for the Evaluation of Plastic Products' Easy Recycling and Regeneration Design", the proportion of modular design products in Yaolun Trading has reached 32%, which meets the needs of global circular economy development. Its South African partner's order volume has expanded to 3 containers within the year.
